INTENSA was born from a deeply personal experience that we will never forget.

After giving birth, a beloved family member began experiencing urinary incontinence and weakened pelvic floor muscles. We tried exercises, apps, and various devices, but nothing truly provided the confidence and reassurance she needed. Many options were difficult to use, impractical, or simply "too medical."

When she said that, I replied:

"Everything feels too medical... or maybe it simply doesn't work."

We realised that we needed something different.
