Intensa was born from a deeply personal experience we will never forget.

A close family member began struggling with urinary incontinence and weakened pelvic floor muscles. What made it harder wasn’t just the physical issue—it was the silence around it. As a man, this wasn’t something he felt comfortable talking about.

We tried everything: exercises, apps, and different devices. But nothing gave real confidence. Most solutions felt complicated, impractical, or simply too clinical.

At one point, he said:
“Everything feels too medical… or maybe it just doesn’t work.”

That’s when it clicked.

We realized men needed something different.

Millions of men around the world deal with issues like bladder control, pelvic weakness, and erectile performance—yet it remains a largely unspoken topic. And despite that, there was no modern, effective, and comfortable solution designed with men in mind.
